MasterGrid is based in Grenoble. It was created in 2019, following the acquisition of the High Voltage assets of the Merlin Gerin brand. Heir to a prestigious industrial heritage, MasterGrid has since gone from strength to strength, consolidating its activities in France, diversifying its portfolio of products and services in medium and low voltage and exporting its expertise around the world.
Combining technical expertise with excellent customer service, MasterGrid aims to become an international benchmark for power system products and services.

Governance
The management team consists of 25 managers who, along with the founders, manage the company’s day-to-day business and build its future.
The MasterGrid group is 75% owned by a French investment fund, 15% by its employees and 10% by the founders.

After working together for more than 12 years in electricity transmission and distribution in different operational management positions, the founders launched the MasterGrid project in 2019.
We created MasterGrid to align our strategy with the needs of our clients.
