Substation maintenance

In accordance with health and safety regulations, our teams carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations on installations. We implement the procedures recommended by the original equipment manufacturer, enhanced by the experience accumulated by our technical department and our works supervisors.

We operate on the whole electrical substation: circuit breaker, disconnector, power transformer, measuring handset, control command, HTA panel. 

Our 5,000 sq.m industrial facility allows us to carry out every type of manufacturer-level maintenance. We intervene on open terminal circuit-breakers or on high-voltage Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS) sub-assemblies, follwing a complete expertise from our teams.

Thanks to a technical database with nearly 200,000 technical drawings of components, we are able to address requests for spare parts for all the high-voltage equipment developed and manufactured in our plants over more than 50 years. The technical competence of our staff allows them to provide appropriate advice, corresponding to the generation and condition of concerned equipment.

The “MasterGrid Training Center”, Qualiopi-certified, propose training designed for our customers, covering the operation and maintenance of our equipment. These training courses, with a high practical content thanks to the equipment installed on our site, can be adapted to meet your particular needs.

This training center is also approved to provide training on SF6 gas handling and deliver the relevant certificates. 

We also use the teaching tool to train our staff and thus guarantee the in-house transfer of skills.
